I started Revive Stretch and Fitness because I've seen firsthand how much chronic pain, stiffness, and limited mobility steal from people's lives. The joy of playing with your kids. The freedom to travel without dreading the flight. The confidence to walk into a room without holding back.

No — it should never be painful. You may feel a deep stretch or mild discomfort as your muscles release, but I always work within your comfort level. Communication is key, and I encourage you to tell me how you feel throughout the session.
Comfortable, stretchy athletic wear — leggings, yoga pants, shorts, and a fitted top work great. You stay fully clothed the entire session. Avoid jeans or anything restrictive.
Most clients feel a noticeable difference after just one session. For lasting change, I typically recommend 4–6 sessions to start. Ongoing monthly maintenance keeps your results and prevents regression.
Massage works on soft tissue through pressure. Assisted stretching works on lengthening muscles and improving joint mobility through movement. Many clients use both — they complement each other beautifully.

Sessions start at $55 for 30 minutes and $95 for a full 60-minute session. Bundle packages start at $255 for 3 sessions. Monthly memberships offer the best ongoing value at $160/month for 2 sessions.
