Does assisted stretching hurt? +

No — it should never be painful. You may feel a deep stretch or mild discomfort as your muscles release, but I always work within your comfort level. Communication is key, and I encourage you to tell me how you feel throughout the session.

What should I wear? +

Comfortable, stretchy athletic wear — leggings, yoga pants, shorts, and a fitted top work great. You stay fully clothed the entire session. Avoid jeans or anything restrictive.

How many sessions will I need? +

Most clients feel a noticeable difference after just one session. For lasting change, I typically recommend 4–6 sessions to start. Ongoing monthly maintenance keeps your results and prevents regression.

What's the difference between this and a massage? +

Massage works on soft tissue through pressure. Assisted stretching works on lengthening muscles and improving joint mobility through movement. Many clients use both — they complement each other beautifully.

I have an injury — can I still come? +

Often yes! Please fill out the intake form and tell me about your injury so I can prepare a safe, appropriate approach. If I feel you need medical clearance first, I'll let you know before booking.

How much does a session cost? +

Sessions start at $55 for 30 minutes and $95 for a full 60-minute session. Bundle packages start at $255 for 3 sessions. Monthly memberships offer the best ongoing value at $160/month for 2 sessions.

You arrive & we talk

We review your intake form, discuss your goals, and I assess your movement. Totally relaxed — no pressure.

We get to work

You lie on a padded table fully clothed. I guide your body through targeted stretches — you just breathe and relax.

You feel the difference

Most clients walk out feeling taller, looser, and lighter. We note what we worked on and what to focus on next.

You get a plan

I send you home with 2–3 stretches to do on your own and a recommendation for your next session.
